We were not given check-in instructions or check out instructions. The hot tub was lukewarm after turning the heat on for over an hour. The pool was green. There were dead roaches on the bathroom floor and in the living area. The windows all needed curtains. There was no food or drink amenities available. There was no information left regarding the Wi-Fi. Parking was unclear. And the TV remote was broken.
