Here guests can experience the authentic atmosphere of rural Italy while enjoying the privacy of a villa with its own garden and swimming pool.

The house is set in a large private garden with beautiful views over the surrounding hills. The private swimming pool (12 x 5 m) is exclusively for the guests of the villa and offers the perfect place to relax during summer days.

A spacious patio with pergola, barbecue and large wooden dining table is ideal for enjoying meals outdoors and experiencing the pleasure of traditional Italian al fresco dining.

Within the estate, guests can also enjoy several leisure facilities including a shared tennis court and five-a-side football pitch and a table tennis.
