Beautiful villa and location

The villa was exceptional and value for money. Location private yet easily accessible for amenities. Gardens were very welcome providing shade. Pool area incredibly clean and well maintained. Owner lovely and so was his restaurant !

Immer wieder !!

Wir waren im Oktober zum zweiten Male in der Villa Oleandra. Es ist ein ganz wunderbares Haus, und es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird für einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub. Von hier aus hat man sehr viele Möglichkeiten um Umbrien und die Toskana zu erkunden. Der Besitzer M. ist ein hervorragender Vermieter. Er ist jederzeit erreichbar und war bei einem medizinischen Notfall sofort sehr hilfsbereit und besorgt. Er stellte uns A. zur Seite, die sehr gut Deutsch spricht.

Prachtig huis op mooie locatie

Wat een mooie locatie. Je kijkt prachtig over het meer. Vanuit de locatie ben je snel met de auto in leuke historische stadjes. Het huis is ruim en gezellig ingericht. Goede en ruime slaapkamers. Zwembad erg fijn. Supermarkt en goede restaurants ook in de buurt.

Lago Trasimeno Umbrië

Reeds 10 jaar geleden verbleven we ook in deze woning. 't Zwembad was er toen nog niet en is een meerwaarde. Hiervoor zijn er bomen moeten sneuvelen waardoor je in ruil vanuit de living een mooi zicht op het Trasimeno meer krijgt. We misten wel airco bij deze warme temperaturen.

Authentieke villa in Umbrië

Beschrijving klopte met realiteit. Contact met verhuuder verliep (ondanks enkel kennis van het Italiaans door de gastheer) heel vlot door gebruik van Google Translate. Zeer gastvrije gastheer met een uitstekend restaurant.

Fijn vakantiehuis.

Mooi, ruim vakantiehuis met een prachtig uitzicht op het Trasimeno meer. Locatie is perfect voor dagtripjes naar veel leuke plaatsjes Eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en reageert vlot op meldingen. Omdat hij alleen Italiaans spreekt, is Google Translate wel een aanbeveling. Huis is makkelijk te vinden en ligt in een rustige omgeving.

Haus ist sehr gut

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Lediglich der Sonnenschutz auf der vergrößerten Terrasse (die Fotos sollten mal aktualisiert werden) sollte erneuert werden. Kleinere Reklamationen wurden schnell behoben. Anmerkungen zum See: Der See ist nur 2 Meter tief, ab Mai gibt es viele Algen; Schwimmen ab dann nicht mehr empfohlen. Außerdem gibt es am See viele Mücken (das Haus hat hochwertigen Insektenschutz). Da ist der Vorteil, dass das Haus etwas vom See entfernt ist (schöner Seeblick).

Très bon séjour dans une villa magnifique et avec une vue superbe sur le lac Trasimeno. Endroit très calme et bien situé par rapport à Perugia et autre ville voisine. Propriétaire très accueillant. Il a aussi un restaurant proche et très bon. A refaire, MERCI

Wunderschöne Villa

Die Villa Oleandra ist sehr geräumig, gut eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem und man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Jeden Abend konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang über dem See genießen! M. ist sehr nett und es hat alles gut geklappt! Die Auffahrt ist sehr steil, aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Villa mit Pool und Trasimeno Blick

Wir waren zu viert im Juni in der sehr geräumigen Villa. Alles vorhanden bis auf einen Griller im Garten, der uns schon sehr gefehlt hat. Der Besitzer M. war sehr freundlich, kann aber kein Deutsch und kein Englisch. Er hat uns aber mit einer Dame am Telefon verbunden, die sehr gut Deutsch spricht.

Schönes Haus an wunderschöner Lage

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Der Ort romantisch und schön gelegen. Ein paar kleine Mängel möchten wir erwähnen. Die Weingläser sollten mal ersetzt oder kompletiert werden. Der Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse ist mangelhaft, defekt und zu wenig. Zudem sollte das Abfallkonzept erklärt werden. Das sind Kleinigkeiter, welche sofort behoben werden können. Dann steht einem super urlaub nichts mehr im Wege. Ansonsten können wir dieses Haus sehr empfehlen. Vor allem ist der Service super und schnell.

Tolle Gegend - tolle Unterkunft

Sehr schönes Haus in Hanglage mit Blick auf den Lago Trasimeno. Das Haus ist sehr gut konzipiert mit einem großen Raum im Erdgeschoss, der Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche vereint. Die Küchenzeile ist groß, gut eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Dazu gibt es noch eine große und schöne Veranda und Terrasse für Sonnen- und Schattenplätze. Gut eingerichtete Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.
