The room was stiflingly hot even with the fan on full. I wish I’d checked whether the rooms were air conditioned. The receptionist was great-friendly, helpful, pragmatic. The breakfast was good but there was some horrible drilling going on in the adjacent room which challenged the peace of the breakfast meeting I had been waiting on with an old friend. The management could have paused this work until breakfast was over

Horrible to working staff

Long check in, not the lady’s fault, she was very nice. So many people waiting. The bar is almost unattended always, again very lovely friendly lady. But she was covering the bar and restaurant. Restaurant, far to expensive and no choices. Buffet only. Breakfast so expensive for so little. Check out was with another friendly lady, but people just fed up with queuing and just left key cards and left. Not enough staff here at all. Big problems. But the staff there was running around everywhere. I wanted to complain but didn’t have the heart while watching them work so hard to keep everyone happy. Shame on you management and owners. Find another hotel people. Keith

Wir hatten ein schönes, sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer mit Ausblick über den hauseigenen Teich! Da die Fenster wie eine Balkontür gemacht ist kann man schön davor sitzen und den Teich genießen bei offener Tür! Fanden wir für die jetzige Jahreszeit mega Klasse! Die Betten waren auch gemütlich! Besonders hervor zu heben sind der tolle Wasserspender und der Innenpoolbereich mit einer Sauna, Ruhebereich, Duschen und Umkleiden und ein Fitnessraum (glaube 3 bis 4 Geräte waren drin)! Der Pool war für die jetzige Zeit perfekt (für mich!) Temperiert sowie die Sauna! Diese Bereiche strahlen auch eine schöne Atmosphäre aus, sodass man sich dort wohl fühlen und entspannen kann! Ich kann es nur empfehlen! Sauber war auch alles.Dann bietet das Hotel im Foyer einen großen Wasserspender zur kostenlosen Nutzung an.Das Wasser ist gefiltert und man kann mit Glasflaschen die dort zur Verfügung stehen sich Wasser mit oder ohne Sprudel oder in kalt befüllen!Klasse, haben wir jetzt das erste mal erlebt und haben es gern genutzt! Hat uns auch geschmeckt!Wir haben uns die eine Nacht sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt bald wieder!!!

Liegt ruhig,aber leider keine kostenlose Parkplätze . Ankunft war angenehm, konnten schon früher ins Zimmer. Zimmer Größe war ok aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Ein zweites grosses Handtuch wäre schön gewesen. Der Fussboden hatte Flecke und klebte. Das Schwimmbad hatte leider keine Umkleide und ich wollte nicht in Schwimmsachen durch die Vorhalle laufen. Das Frühstück war soweit ok.
