I cannot sleep at night because of the noise from the next room. The loud sound of the door opening and closing wakes me up from the early morning hours. Also, guests who leave their rooms early in the morning can hear people talking in the hallway, making it difficult to sleep.

チェックインで名前を告げると、私の名前が無いかのような口ぶりで散々焦らせられ…結局見つかったものの、特に謝る素振りも無し。 その後も「タブレットで電話番号と郵便番号を入力してください」と言うから電話番号と郵便番号を入れて「入力完了」しようとしたら「住所も入れろ」と後から言われ…と、フロントは酷いです。 設備や朝食、立地は特に不満なく良かったと思います。
