A little bit of a walk to get to with baggage, but well worth the effort. The area was perfect for exploring and plenty of great food around. The room was small but had everything I needed, and the bathroom was incredible. Would stay here again. The staff was friendly and sweet.

The people, reception and house keeping, were charismatic and kind. The elevator failed for a couple of hours but it was fixed in a couple of hours. The location is phenomenal and some rooms have balconies!!!

Excellent location and very easily accessible. Although our room wasn't available for an early check in, staff were very accommodating and messaged me once ready and also placed our bags in our room for us. Room very clean and coffee and snacks also provided. Staff on the desk were very good.

Overall good place to stay. The room was clean and beds are comfortable. They left us water chips and some small snacks. The bathroom is very small and tight, hard to change in there. There is an old elevator that only fits one person at a time. It does take time to go up and down and when the elevator is occupied, it gets tiring to go up 4 flights of stairs. However, it’s nice that the option is there. The location is very practical, metro station is nearby and walkable distance from the cathedral and many cafes & restaurants.

Overall the hotel was good, tidy and quiet (my bedroom was not facing the busy street though). The hotel is located at a third floor. I have mobility issues and my staying took place during a scheduled period of maintenance to the lift (as noted in the paper taped to the lift) and the hotel did not provide information about such occurrence.

This was a great setup for me as a solo traveler. The room was modern, clean and just the right size for me. It was a little hard to find the hotel, but I figured it out! The elevator was broken during my stay, so it was tiring to walk up and down 3-4 flights, but I managed. The hotel is literally in the center of Madrid so you have easy access to almost everything via the metro or walking. You do have to walk a little ways to get a taxi, but it’s not too bad!
