Exelente lugar, muy cerca de todo, frente a la plaza callao, el staff magnífico, en el 9 piso tienen una terraza muy buena sky44, solo que el edificio estaba en reparaciones y no es lo más lindo por fuera, pero las habitaciones muy limpias y modernas. Volvería a quedarme sin problemas en este lugar!

Room was very spacious, nice, and super clean. It is located inside abuilding that is under repairs and may give the appearance of not being as beautiful but once you get to the hotel it is very nice. Cleaning was superb and we had all we needed. The staff was mostly friendly but reception is limited to 8 am to 4pm which I find is the only limitation, in our case, since bags got lost in the airport this meant that we had to stay in the hotel since no one would be in reception after 4, and on one day, after 2. Staff was available through whatsapp and answered very fast. The hotel is in a privileged location, in the Gran Via , which made access to places very easy.

The shower drain smell really bad. The sewer system smell was coming into the room. Could not sleep or stay in room. The elevator was broken. We had to pull our luggage up and broil the tire had to buy another one. Maintenance came it got okay then in the evening smell came back and could not tolerate. My son had food poisoning and could not rest in bed due to smell. Receptionist was nice but we had horrible stay and experience. Usually I don’t complain but I want people to know regarding room 09. Not sure about other rooms. Two horrible nights and if they t was YSA they would have refund our money. We had to put plastic bag and towel at drain system but did not help.

The room was great ! Amazing location , we were able to walk everywhere! Building Entrance could use some updating, very dark and dingy but once you enter the hotel on floor 2 it’s nice and clean. Work being done to the outside of the building meant that we had no view from the balcony

We Paid extra for balcony and view, but it was scaffolding and green mesh! No one warned our of construction work taking place at the hotel. They said they were Noise of hammering and drilling woke us up at 7am and lasted all morning. Water outage from 9 am one day forced us to go to another hotel to shower. Outage lasted most of the day.

This is located in the heart of Gran Via. You’ll have everything nearby. There isn't any microwave, they sell you the coffee. Staff is nice but they are never onsite. We barely saw them through the day. Overall if you want a nice place in the middle of everything this is good. Also there was a huge construction drilling noise, I reported to the front desk and she acted totally careless.

The property has a small balcony, unfortunately the pause is being renovated so that obstructs the view. The hotel itself was clean, safe and very modern. I would highly recommend. Can’t ask for a better location!
