This hotel is centrally located. The room (336) was okay, it was a double bed room and they were close together. Might be uncomfy if sharing with someone. The shower was a bit leaky. Good water pressure and gets VERY hot! Comfy rob and slippers. Staff was nice enough but not overly accomodating.

I got this reservation at the last minute and it happened to be in close proximity to someone we were visiting in Central Madrid. It was convenient for a walking tour, cafes, lunch and museums. Great hotel, would recommend it to anyone!

If you want the BEST LOCATION look no further! Hotel is literally steps away from the most iconic tourist attractions in Madrid. To top it off it’s a really nice hotel, attentive staff, and the restaurant food options were really tasty. Will definitely be returning in my next visit to one of my favorite cities!

The hotel is kind of mediocre. The reason for the lower ranking is that I had to take two elevators and walk long corridors with heavy luggage to get to my room. The people at the front desk said that they gave me an upgrade. Either she was deceiving or the room I got was really bad. The room has nothing particularly bad but it was unpleasant to be in. Probably because it did not have any natural light
