This premium 133 square meter apartment boasts stunning city views from all angles and features two spacious double bedrooms with queen size beds, one of which includes a dedicated workstation, perfect for those who need to work from home. There are also two modern bathrooms, ensuring that everyone has plenty of space and privacy.

The large and comfortable living room is perfect for relaxation, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer amazing views of the cityscape. It also features a dedicated workstation for remote work, as well as a dining table for meals with friends or family. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy the fresh air while taking in the stunning views of the city. The fully furnished kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals at home, with modern appliances and plenty of storage space.

You can also take advantage of the building's amenities, including a pool and gym for a workout or a refreshing swim. This apartment also features a doorman, ensuring that you always feel safe and secure. Stay cool and comfortable all year round with air conditioning throughout the apartment. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.

This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
