Great location, you can walk everywhere and many of the cities major attractions are nearby. Food options are plentiful and I recommend walking only a block or two off of the main street where you will find it to be a lot less crowded, with many hidden gem restaurants and stores that are less busy. Room was very clean and easy to access. Reception was super friendly.

Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The room had dirty bed sheets and an overpowering foul odor that made it impossible to stay comfortably. There was no receptionist or staff available after hours, and when we requested clean sheets, we were told to wait until the next morning — completely unacceptable for any establishment claiming to be a hotel. We ended up checking out in the middle of the night and paying a much higher rate to stay elsewhere, just to have a clean and safe place to sleep. In reality, this place feels more like a hostel or low-budget guesthouse rather than a proper hotel, and it’s misleading for them to advertise otherwise. I strongly do not recommend this property, especially for travelers expecting basic cleanliness, service, and professionalism.

It was very new, a great location, everything looked neat and clean, AC perfect, hot water, free coffee, fridge. No iron for clothes no daily cleaning but overall pretty good!

Not the hotel I was expecting

So I found the Hotels.com listing a bit misleading once we arrived and realized this is not a fully functioning Hotel. It’s barely staffed. No night staff, nothing. No services, while the rooms (and entire faculty) seems fairly new, they cut a lot of corners. The entire “hotel” is built within a what once was a really big apartment on Gran Via. Now converted to I guess a dozen rooms. I would never do this again and for what we paid, it’s poor value.

The room was great except for the bathroom! Super small…but it did its job. It was clean, and surprisingly quiet despite being in such a busy area. It was in the center of all, so walking to the attractions was a breeze. Highly recommended and definitely we would stay there again.
