Everything was excellent. Special recognition to Maria for her superb service in providing A+ recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing opportunities. Her style was just perfect. Also, Kathleen for her excellent presentation as well. The housekeeping staff did an excellent service in maintaining the room as well. We definitely would come back to this hotel. The location was ideal.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Absolutely top notch housekeeping staff from top to bottom of the building. Very helpful and friendly front desk. Great bathrooms, close to soundproof walls, zero complaints here.

The pros: Staff was very helpful - top notch. They were able to accommodate an early check in without issue. Offered great recommendations for dinner. The daily breakfast was fresh and delicious, served in a beautiful room. The hotel location was excellent and central to all the sights. The cons: The trash bin in the bathroom still had discarded hygiene products in it when we checked in. The staff was still in the hall so they were able to attend to it right away but super gross nonetheless. The bathroom door is made of glass with golden designs throughout so you can't totally see in but if you prefer privacy when you use the bathroom, you will have to adjust expectations. Finally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived (mid-November) but the heat was on. There was no way to cool the room down - we asked. This made for uncomfortable sleeps. Good enough value for the location.

Everything was great...great(staff) reception, great room, very clean and not worn at all. We had a junior suite on the 5th floor facing the street...a little noise but not excessive. Great position and private parking right beside the entrance...Highly recommended.
