At street level in a very quiet and traditional neighborhood, on a street with pedestrian access and located under the viaduct.
In the heart of Madrid, 5 minutes from the Royal Palace and Plaza Oriente, right in the heart of La Latina.
A very interesting and lively neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants: La Latina. Next to Lavapiés and Sol—contrasts in every sense.
In the summer, the studio stays very cool thanks to its high ceilings and the building materials used, so air conditioning isn’t necessary—quite the opposite, in fact.
It has two floors: the kitchen is on the upper floor (refrigerator, single-burner stove, and sink). There is a double bed (for 2 people) and a pull-out sofa bed (for two people).
On the lower floor, there are two bathrooms; one has a toilet, and the other has a shower and sink.
Check-in on the day of arrival is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out on the last day is at 11:00 a.m.
