Disliked: Cleanliness
We were never able to stay at this property. The host never sent check-in details and was unresponsive to urgent messages to provide the details so we could check-in. Many hours after the designated check-in time the host tried to agrue that there was no impediment to us checking in. This was a completely untrue and the host was trying to pretend his lack of good service was our issue/misunderstanding. Luckily I was able to connect with VRBO customer service and they have a record of the events, including their inability to connect with the host as well, and they were able to address the issue for us. The host should not be a provider on VRBO if they are unable to provide the most basic level of service! Beware!!
