There was no AC. Reported this to both the staff and Expedia and nothing was done. Was told that although the AC is only turned on during the summer months, technically the hotel did have AC so I was forced to cancel without a refund. Well located, this property is worth considering if you’re the kind who doesn’t mind walking around, including going to the main centres of attraction (Museo Nacional del Prado, Reina Sofia Museo, etc.). The staff is very friendly and ready to give you a hand in case you’re looking for restaurants. The breakfast buffet is well served but might need some extra in the “health section” with more choices.
