Beautiful boutique hotel walking distance to the Prado and Atocha station. We had a hot water issue when we checked in that was dealt with immediately, and the management (Pablo & Gaston) went above and beyond to make it up for us. I’d gladly stay here again next time I visit Madrid.

In few words this place is amazing. Excellent location, spectacular service and very close to the best places to eat in Madrid and the most iconic historic and architecture places in Madrid. Just be aware that the parking is limited..If you are planning to go please call them before to reserve a parking spot.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. Junior suite was phenomenal and comfortable. It took about ten minutes or more of running water to heat the shower or bath. I noticed the glass wall to my bathroom was cracked and there was a significant stain on the carpet, which looked like blood.

Mi estancia en el Radisson Blu Madrid fue simplemente impecable. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo frente al Museo del Prado y a pasos de todo el Triángulo del Arte, lo que hizo que mi visita a Madrid fuera aún más especial. El personal fue extremadamente atento, la cubana del front desk bien atenta y cordial desde el momento de la llegada; siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Me hicieron sentir bienvenido en todo momento. La habitación era amplia, luminosa y muy cómoda, con una decoración moderna y elegante. Todo estaba perfectamente limpio y cuidado al detalle. El baño con ducha tipo lluvia fue un verdadero lujo después de un día de recorridos por la ciudad.

A great location! You can walk and walk and walk. And you can party all night and walk back safely. Close to anything and everything.
