This is the perfect apartment to rest and recharge in the middle of the city. We had a wonderful time exploring Madrid, walking to sightsee, shop, and eat at the many different restaurants. The apartment is in a great location, excellent! It is very clean and they are so well organized, the entire apartment is marked with QR codes of explanation. The hosts are top notch, never easier to deal with and help with everything. We received gifts upon arrival (champagne, chocolates, coffee, tea), they offered to call us a taxi from the airport, fantastic! Every recommendation. There is nothing we complained about. maybe the only thing is that the apartment is heated with air conditioning, but that's not a complaint, more like a notification.

Todo perfecto, muy limpio y ordenado. El tener algo para hacerte un café el primer día es increíble y si además le añadimos el detalle del agua y los bombones en la nevera, inmejorable! Por poner un par de objeciones: -Podría dejar un par de rollos más de papel higiénico, ya que éramos 4 personas y dos rollos para 3 días se nos quedó escaso. -La cafetera al hacer un par de cafés se rebasaba de agua por el depósito de cápsulas. No sé si es que falla o no supimos poner algo bien.
