We stayed here for 1 night, we arrived quite early on Monday morning and they were very accommodating and had a room available for us straight away. I am not saying this would happen all the time, but we were very appreciative. The whole stay was good, the location of this hotel is incredible and the staff are very good. Seriously, we were all really happy with our stay. Thank you!

Great location, centrally located, able to walk to Retiro Park, Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum. Located off Gran Via. Lots of places to eat in the area. Staff were excellent in helping us as first time visitors to Spain with limited Spanish skills. I would recommend breakfast at the hotel; it had a wide variety of choices. The rooms were clean.

This is a small hotel close to everything, but is still peaceful and quiet. We were able to walk easily to the main attractions. Breakfast was really good, staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again
