Great location, 2 minute walk to the Gran Via metro Station. Many options to shop, dine and walk around. The staff is kind and helpful, rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. We loved breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

Really great place. The only thing that is a disadvantage is that the AC runs all over the hotel so you can’t control the temperature in your room individually.

The restaurant should check the equipment, the juice carafe are Brocken and in use, the eggs look like re heated and fake. Should refill the hot food more often. Service ways nobody smiles. ( I know is early but…..no excuses)

This is a small hotel close to everything, but is still peaceful and quiet. We were able to walk easily to the main attractions. Breakfast was really good, staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again
