This is touted to be the oldest hotel in Spain. Not much of the old is left to match the title. But the updates are starting to look very old and need maintenance. Two mornings both of the coffee machines were broken and we could not have coffee with breakfast. There was an ice machine in the main lobby but the ice made evything taste terrible and was not usable. Has to buy ice from the market a couple blocks away every day. The air conditioner in our room would not work. The location was quite convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at the Petit Palace Posada del Peine. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, and the room was clean.
