We went during September and the weather was still warm. Our stay was good, the staff was great the location was very convenient steps from La Gran Via. Our only complaint was the AC, it never worked and the room felt hot. We let the front desk know and they provided us with a fan but was not enough.

Great value for your money and the staff is super friendly. I would only suggest for the rooms to be updated with USB connections to help charge devices without the use of an adapter.

Since we arrived at the property everything was excellent. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. We stayed with our five year old and they were always very kind and lovely with her. The property is in an excellent location. Near every point to visit everything you want in the area. This is definitely a place we will stay again.
