The hotel itself is nice. My only complaint would be that the room we stayed in felt cramped. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We also had breakfast which was buffet style. Great food options, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace. Our biggest challenge was the location directly on Gran Via. It felt like Times Square with lots of people walking around aimlessly staring at their phones. It's just not our vibe, but it really doesn't have anything to do with the quality of the hotel.

Great location, but overall underwhelming. Service started off poorly, with complaints met with excuses, and the amenities felt average for the price. The food at the bar was a highlight, but the hotel itself didn’t live up to Ronaldo’s brand expectations. After persistence on our end, they later acknowledged our concerns with champagne which we appreciated. Still, it felt like a 3-star experience at that price point.
