Perissa - 2 bedrooms and terrace in Trafalgar

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

This flat transports you to the Greek islands without leaving the comfort of your own home, This 2 bedroom 2 bath boasts an expansive terrace. The terrace is flooded with sunlight. It is fitted with a dining table as well as a lounge area under the shade of a pergola.

The cozy living room is connected to the terrace. Apart from the couch area, there is a rustic dining table for 6. The royal blue tones create a very soothing atmosphere throughout the space. The kitchen comes equipped with state-of-the-art cooking utensils and appliances.

Both bedrooms are fitted with queen-sized bed and fresh linens. One of the bedrooms comes with a dedicated work area. The second bedroom has ample storage space. There are additional closets in the hallway. There is one full bathroom with bathtub, and one half bath. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To finalize your reservation, a mandatory KYC process is required. Guests must provide: ID verification, proof of residence, proof of solvency, and proof of the reason for their stay.

By booking, you acknowledge and consent to these requirements. We cannot accept any booking without these documents, and standard cancellation penalties will apply if the KYC process is not completed.

This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
