A renovated, homey, cozy, and functional apartment in a restored building, located in Madrid’s distinguished and exclusive Salamanca neighborhood, right in the heart of the Golden Mile, where you’ll find the Salamanca district’s most iconic landmarks, luxury shops, as well as the city’s best-known restaurants, bars, markets, and stores. An ideal place to stay for business, work, cultural, or leisure trips with a touch of distinction.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a unique and charming building, overlooking a quiet inner courtyard away from street noise. It is decorated in soft, warm colors and is fully equipped.
The building features a concierge service and an elevator. It can accommodate up to 3 people. It features an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed measuring 1.35 x 1.90 and the other with a single bed measuring 80 x 1.90. If you need a crib, please indicate this when making your reservation.
Air conditioning in the living/dining room and in the bedroom with the double bed. The other bedroom has a fan. Heating throughout the apartment.
The apartment has Wi-Fi.
For stays longer than 30 days, water and electricity are not included.
CHECK-IN:
Check-in time is from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Late check-in fee (cash only): €40 after 8:00 PM, €50 after 10:00 PM, €60 after midnight, and €70 after 1:00 AM.
HOUSE RULES:
Keep the apartment tidy and clean. Respect the building’s common areas—stairs and landings—by keeping them clean and quiet.
From 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., all noise and parties are prohibited.
EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC, AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
In the event of complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or misconduct by anyone in the group, the owner reserves the right to evict the guest and everyone staying with them, whether during the day or at night, and to forfeit any payments already made and retain the security deposit.
