The staff is what makes this hotel special. From the greeting and helpfulness of the front desk who went out of the way to help us to the kind server at the roof top restaurant, we felt very welcome and cared for at this hotel. We stayed because of the location across the street from the train station. It's a very busy area and we did not explore much as we were leaving in the morning.

ONLY YOU is truly the only hotel you need to stay at in Madrid! It’s just a short walk from the train station, which made it super convenient for our quick two-day trip from Barcelona. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel itself is absolutely fabulous — the staff and food were exceptional. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that was the only minor drawback. All the main attractions were within walking distance, and the rooftop was a great spot to relax and take in the city views. It’s a bit pricey, but worth it for a short stay and unbeatable location. Perfect choice if you’re visiting Madrid for a quick getaway or traveling by train!

I was offered for a 5 euro breakfast discount by the front desk and I accepted it. However, when I went to the cafe the next day, I was told that this was not offered to me. Despite this was resolved in the end, it was an unpleasant experience due to the poor communication and coordination between the front desk and cafe staff.

The hotel is directly across from Madris Atocha train station with a metro entrance directly across the street. The lobby and bar experience were first rate as was the breakfast. Highly recommend.
