If you're traveling for pleasure or business, this isn't the place for you: they don't offer basic hotel services, and the staff is incredibly unfriendly and even VERY rude. I realized they operate as a student room rental service and want to treat you the same. I paid for continental breakfast, and they had no idea what it included. When I requested the service I PAID FOR, the waiter/bartender threw things at me as if he was doing me a favor. They don't offer a service to store your bags for 3-4 hours while your check in is available, like any hotel in the world. Although I can understand that, what I find unacceptable in general is the treatment of the staff, especially the hostess, Fiorella. I don't recommend this place, and it leaves a very bad experience overall.

He estado una noche, todo limpio, personla muy amable, desayuno muy completo, le añadiria otras opciones de pan y chasina, nos quedmaoa en un estudio, que estaba muy bien con su nevera, cafetera, hervidor de agua, muestras gratis de te y cafe , me encanto, lo unico que eche en flata fue una Tele. No habia, eso me sorprendió. Pero q tampoco hizo falta,. El sitio esta en un lugar tranquilo y Silecioso, buen trasporte, esta aprox a 30 minutos del centro de Madrid, pero el autobús te deja justo al lado de Cibeles y te a media calle del hotel. El hotel es ideal para todos, tiene au piscina, gym, y varias salas para descanso. Ademas de un aterraza grande fuera para loa fumadores. Muy recomendable.
