The staff member who checked us in at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were kind and efficient. The shuttle service and driver was also very good. The hotel needs maintenance. The bathroom door wouldn't close, and the cleanliness was okay. Hotel convenient to the madrid airport. Thank you.

I was very disappointed at the beginning because my main priority when booking was the shuttle bus, as I had a long layover after a long flight. Unfortunately, there was no shuttle bus as promised, the staff simply told me it had left 10 minutes ago and that was it. No assistance with getting to the hotel, and it’s not mentioned anywhere that the shuttle bus only operates until midnight. I had to pay $29 for a taxi. Aside from this, the hotel itself was good for an overnight stay. The breakfast was nice, and there’s a beautiful park just a 10-minute walk away, I highly recommend visiting it.
