Safe, convenient and clean. There are other lodging facilities in the same building so it was a little tricky at first but the lady at the front desk was helpful. U can’t beat the price for a safe stay in such a convenient location.

Very cute hotel and very friendly helpful reception staff - one woman who seems to run the place. It is a no nonsense place but has the basics including a little fridge. Location is a bonus: just far off enough off two main streets to be quiet.

The location is good very close to Opera and Sol metro stations , plenty of supermarkets and food places nearby. The room was cleaned daily by the ladies who do a great job and although little English is spoken , they help out with any issues , having the aircon in the room is essential with the Madrid heat nice to come back to the room and being able to chill . I will stay here again on my next trip to Madrid it is not a 5 star property but is well worth the price of the room .

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The location is great and close to everything. However, none of the staff could communicate with me in English, which made it difficult to ask for help. The elevator was out of service at times, the air conditioning was weak, and I couldn’t use the guest computer because it required a password that the staff couldn’t provide. Overall, the location was the best part, but the service and facilities need improvement.
