Good position , 5 min from the metro. Well equipped room with microwave hob and fridge. Comfy bed, nice bathroom with good shower. Quality linen and towels. Only downside was previous guests had spilt coffee down the wall so needed a repaint. Reception very helpful. Would definitely stay again

No the kitchen was not well equipped, there was only the bare minumum: 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 sets of cutlery, two tiny drinking glasses. Not even a kettle or toaster for breakfast, or coffee mugs, or wine glasses. We had to visit Carrefour to buy kitchen supplies.

I asked for renewal, they gave a price, I confirmed, then they increased 20Euros after 2 hours of waiting for them to reply, then they said take it or leave it in a way. Not recommended the communication is very unprofessional. The place is good sized but the cleaning is horrible, my room was full of hair, stains, dirty terrace, dirty glasses, no shampoo. Watch out.

Good, but... Expedia description says cookware is provided and it wasn't - had to ask at reception before we were given a single frying pan to use, nothing else available. Note too that Livensa's main use is as student accomodation, not tourist/business users. That said, 5min walk to the metro, 10min walk to huge supermarket made it convenient for a short stay.

I was unable to go into the property i waited outside the property gate for almost 20mins in the cold thankfully a guest who was headed out opened the gate and that was how I was able to get into the properties concierge. And the WiFi kept disconnecting from my devices all the time I have to keep reconnecting over again from time to time. And then 3 days to the end of my stay at the property my room keys stopped working I went and on my way back on getting to the property my key didn’t work I had to stay out agin in the cold to wait for someone coming outside to open the gate to so I could go in to the concierge to complain about my keys failure to access me in. However I played lawn tennis and I was given access to play lawn tennis even though it wasn’t part of my room package but I was allowed to play the game with my husband thank you.

The toilet was extremely dirty in our room. Looked like it had not been cleaned at all from the previous guest and the previous guest seemed to have had a lot going on in the toilet. It was gross and front desk staff couldn’t change our room nor send housekeeping. So we cleaned it ourselves. The shower was a bit moldy and bathroom sink didn’t drain. Shower water temp is volatile and will suddenly burn you if you’re not careful . Apparently in room air conditioning is disabled during this time of year and we had to open window to keep cool. Fortunately it was raining out so there was a cool breeze but could have been very hot in the room if it wasn’t for that. The bed was okay but the pillows were horribly flat and uncomfortable.
