It also has a rotating public car park with 400 spaces.- TRAIN.- Chamartín Station is about 15/18 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers both commuter train service to the north of Madrid as well as long distance services. It has a shopping center, gym, restaurants and car rental offices.- PARKING.- The area is full of public car parks, also in the building you can rent a parking space on request (see the rates BETWEEN € 90 / € 110, depending on size and location).
