SLEEP Atocha by STAY is close to the Atocha station and the Parque del Retiro, in the Pacífico neighbourhood. Very well connected by two metro lines, commuter and high speed, on the avenue from which it borrows its name, it is surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets and all kinds of services. It is also very close to the historic center, a 15-minute walk to Puerta del Sol, 20 minutes to Gran Vía and a bit further on, Malasaña. Enjoy the communal pool and Parking in the same building.

SLEEP Atocha by STAY has spacious and sunlit, located between the first and fifth floors, these 110sqm apartments have two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and two bathrooms, one of them ensuite. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to be used with hob, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils and kitchenware. The living room is spacious and very comfortable. A table, a comfortable sofa-bed and a Smart TV, are sure to make you feel at home from day one. The apartment has two balconies in the double rooms and a courtyard terrace in the single room, that provides more light to the spaces. All bedrooms have bed linen and a set of towels for each guest.

The building has parking (under request) and community pool. We provide an in-house cleaning team for frequent or occasional cleaning services.

Monthly utilities are not included in the reservation rate which represents 165€/month.

The signing of a lease by both parties is required before check-in time. Lease agreements on commercial premises that are owned and leased by businesses, in which the name of the tenant who will occupy the property, is not specified are subject to 21% VAT addition to the monthly rent.
