Great place for a large group. The apartment was clean and having two full bathrooms plus a washer and dryer was a big bonus. The bedrooms are a bit tight, but we were out enjoying the city most of the time so it wasn’t an issue.The location is excellent - very central with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Check-in was easy coordinating directly with the cleaning person, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage at a place half a block away when we arrived early (there was a charge, but nothing bad).As others have mentioned, the front bedroom can get some street noise, so plan sleeping arrangements accordingly.

The apartment was wonderful. It slept ten people comfortably, although the living room was very cramped with that many. We didn't really use the kitchen or cook meals. If you are looking for a comfortable place to sleep that is very centrally located, it's perfect. If you want peace and quiet, it may not be a good fit as it is in an exuberant part of Chueca, but only the front bedroom could really hear the street noise. The other bedrooms are in the back and do not have any windows. The air conditioning was great. The water heater wasn't working when we arrived, but it was fixed by the next morning.

Let’s start with the positives: it was literally right in the heart of everything you could walk to and the food was all very good. It had the square right across the street. It had plenty of beds for all 6 of us which was nice. It also had a small balcony you could sit in one seat and people watch. It was a very unique and very old place which was charming, but updated enough to make it doable. Madrid is a very exciting city that gets buzzing well after 10 pm around the square and everywhere! Now for the not so great parts: it has no identifying marks for INF as its listing stated. It was literally a very old door with a “16” over it jammed right in middle of a wall that was easy to overlook. The cab driver couldn’t even find it because the GPS gets confused and tells you to go the opposite side of the square. It was incredibly frustrating and we had to have the host come meet us in the square to show us where to go. There was no elevator and we had to haul 10 pieces of heavy luggage up stairs that were lopsided. We made it work and the hosts were very easy to work with so it all worked out.

Flavia et Mario sont des personnes superbes. Ils ont disponible et prêt à répondre à répondre à nos besoins. Ils sont surtout super arrangeant et surtout honnête on peut se fier à la description de leur annonce et à leur parole. On a passer un superbe séjour grâce à eux et rien de négatif est à signaler. Je réserverai de nouveau avec eux sans hésiter !!!! Dany et sa Famille
