Everything about the hotel is amazing, starting with the front desk agent Ivan, if I spelt his name correct. He was super courteous, professional and accommodating since before I arrive in the hotel with all the help he provided me over the phone when I was still in the US. On my arrival Ivan was at the desk and I was happy to have met him in person. He also provided me with an early check in which made a whole difference specially being on a 6 hour time zone difference. The hotel is beautiful, clean, super well situated with a great staff. Like nothing is ever 100% perfect my only two negative points are: the breakfast price is a little hefty and I was in room 401 which outside by the window there are these humongous lamps hanging from the ceiling that according to the strength of the wind they keep wobbling and hit the walls around them causing a very disturbing, annoying thump that can be heard in the room throughout the night even with the window closed and the blinds down. In all, it’s a wonderful hotel, I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it.

The Hotel exeeded my espectations. The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The Staff were very friendly and helpfull. The Hotel is located in a very centric place, nice area it felt very safe and is close to all the mayor places to visit by walking. I will definetly recomended this Hotel. The breakfast buffett is has many to choose and Korina was very attentive.

Wow, what a fantastic hotel! The staff were super accomodating in English and Spanish. The hotel is located on a bustling side-street off one of the main shopping plazas. Easy to walk to dozens of great restaurants. Love it, me and my wife are already planning to come back and stay in the exact same place.

Wonderful hotel for our 4 night stay. Near metro stations to travel further. Walking to palace was about 10 minutes. Lots of choice of restaurants near by. We had corner suite/room for the 3 of us which was clean and spacious. Great choice of food for breakfast.
