Clean room & friendly staff, parking was tricky as it’s in a busy area and the lot under the hotel was full. There was only another parking lot nearby but we had to sort out getting our luggage in. We weren’t told about how breakfast worked at check in but thankfully didn’t miss it arriving 5 minutes before it closed.

The hotel is well located close to many places of interest. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable except for the columns that are in the middle of the room. I was expecting a better room for the price.

We only stayed for one night, but check-in was relatively smooth. The hotel has a very hip, stylish vibe, and our room was spacious—it definitely felt comfortable for our family. The only small drawback is that its proximity to the nightlife meant we could hear street noise. This might not be ideal if you're an early or light sleeper.

I arrived exhausted in the middle of tha National Holiday in Spain very early for check in. As soon as I entered it was quiet & civilized & the staff was all welcoming. Wojtek at the front desk told me that no room was available but that he would email me as soon as one was. I went to have breakfast and he came & found me to say my room was ready! I will certainly stay there again & will recommend it to others traveling to Madrid.

The hotel is in a great area, in walking distance to everything. Our room was a premium room on the 1st floor it is quite dark as it looks to the courtyard but is very quit, the size is decent although not really suitable for anything else then sleeping if your traveling with a child.

Hotel is really nice and walking distance from Atocha train station which is what I was looking for, one does have to walk a bit to the downtown area from hotel though, it is a nice walk mind you.

The hotel was good overall. The room we ordered smelled like smoke, which was a big turn off for us. However, the location of the hotel was perfect for a quick trip in and out of Madrid. And, the reception and desk clerks were all quick to offer suggestions on how to move about the city to see the big sites.
