Unfortunately this hotel didn't do itself the favour for its great location. I love its location and its laundry and gym facilities. However there are a few things that are very disappointing. Cups in th bathroom are reused ones which is fine but no one seems to properly clean it. They have those red moulds inside the cups. No utensils or not even a drinking cup in the room though they have great kitchen facilities.The restaurant downstairs even has a warning to tell people don't take their utensils back to the room. We ended up rather buying those bowls and utensils from the supermarket across the road than going to reception for it. What is the point for you to have such a great concept and ideas but not letting people use things properly. Noise is the biggest issue for our stay. Although we are facing the road, we hardly hear the traffic. However the ceiling is paper thin, zero insulation or poor insulation for the floorboardsYou can hear upstairs their walking clearly from their bed to the bathroom and back during the day and in the evening. Especially when people walking in their shoes, it is that loud you'd think they were walking in your room. When people walk on their barefeet, you can feel the room slightly shake because of it. Being woken up by footsteps is not fun. This hotel has so many great features, it has their great location, it offers students accommodation, I love every concept it from whoever founded the hotel. It is just so sad its service is not there.
