I booked this location for a one night stay in Madrid. I came in on the train from Salamanca and so walked from the Charmatin train station about 15 mins. There is not much near the hotel and it didn't seem in the best state. You had to yank the door of my room to close it and the toilet stopped working overnight. Still, it felt clean and safe.

the staff are very kind and helpful. The location is in middle of nowhere. Not even one bakery nearby. Not close to ant mall or sightseeing or shopping. costs a lot and takes too long in traffic to use taxi. No other way to get to center of city or anywhere.
