The hotel and rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only downfall was learning that since the weather was cooler, the AC was turned to heater. We had to sleep with the windows opened all night, which brought in all the noise from either the hotel or streets. And, although they had a pool, it was closed due to the weather. There were days it was raining so we had to stay in. There were no activities to do in the hotel, other than stay in and watch TV. The TV was set only for Spanish speaking. We found other channels speaking in French or German but no English. There was no way of changing the language or being able to connect to our own devices to watch Netflix. Aside from the above inconveniences, the hotel did offer great breakfast and great location to walk anywhere. And, as I mentioned, the staff were very accommodating.

We arrived early and the receptionist checked us in within a couple of minutes. The room was clean, spacious, and had a safe, refrigerator. The bed was huge and comfortable. Extra pillows and a blanket provided. The cleaning staff cleaned the room early and very well. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had many options. The dining area was spacious. I highly recommend this hotel. Couldn’t have had a better stay.
