Everything was fine except the first night I was there I was given a room on the first floor that was so cold. When I asked about it I was told that all the heat at the hotel had been turned off because it was spring even though it was cold and rainy outside. But my friends who were on a different floor. They had heat. well as the lobby. So I requested a room change the next day. they were very accommodating and they did change my room and it was nice and warm

Excellent value for money

This hotel is excellent value for money. It’s in a great location by fashionable Chueca and close to Alonso Martinez Metro station. The staff were very helpful and polite. The decor is super and the rooms huge. The only downfall was that the carpets in the halls needed a good hoover. Apart from this the hotel is faultless. It will definitely be my hotel of preference for all my trips to Madrid

We have stayed at this hotel many times. We were visiting Madrid this time for a special occasion and booked and paid for a superior room with a terrace. However on arrival I was told that we could not have a superior room as the Air conditioning was not working on that floor and we were downgraded to a standard room. The air con was working on that floor though!

Very happy about everything! It was not very good sound isolated, so noisy from the hall in the morning. The gym could have had some dumb balls and other equipment. But the location, staff and cleanness were great! I’m very satisfied and would recommend it!

I reserved a queen size bed room , and they gave Me a full side bed. For me and my husband. I did check prior to my arrival with Expedia confirming a/c on the rooms, wich they confirmed it . Time check In there was no a/c Some one put a sign on my door so not make room or disturb, not me. And they didn’t make my room. If you reserve with time a queen bed and they don’t have the price would be less of what I paid. But no, they didn’t care
