After a lot of walking around and calling, I figured out that the reception is on the 2nd floor. They should tell you this information when you book. Besides that, the room was fine, nothing special. great for 1-2 nights for me and my partner

We only stayed one night here and it was perfect for that. The location was very good - lots of restaurants near and close to the metro. Check in and out was super easy. A little street noise in the middle of the night from a nearby bar but not terrible. My only very minor complaints were that the plugs were loose so my phone didn't charge, and the towels were like sandpaper! But seriously, the location and the room itself were exactly what we needed it to be.
