The room was a good size, it was clean and comfortable. However the fact that there were no windows made it a little claustrophobic. Breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful when we lost electricity in our room, it was resolved in a few minutes.

The location was so convenient to everything we wanted to do and see. Cabs were easy to get if needed. The staff was terrific. They recommended a delicious restaurant nearby and were so accommodating when we only had time for a quick breakfast vs the full buffet.

Fantastic location. great room with nice amenities like coffee in room, daily water bottles (complimentary) and luxury amenities like bathrobes, commonly forgotten ideas (shaving cream, tooth paste, ect) and nice body wash/shampoo. Lobby and bar area is quaint and cozy, affordable and open early/late.

In the heart of the city be aware uber does not drop off at this hotel. You will need to prepare for a short walk. City Taxis can take you to the hotel with a fixed proce from the airport. Once you arrove it is a wonderful hotel.

We arrived early morning expecting to wait hours to have acces to our room. Since the hotel wasn’t full, they offered the room right away. Staff was very friendly Our room with a terrase was great , overlooking Madrid roofs. Breakfast is generous. We would not hesitate to come back
