Located on the 2nd floor with an elevator, our comfortable and stylish apartment in the city center is ideal for exploring Madrid.
The bright living room features a sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table where you can enjoy meals with your companions, as well as a spacious balcony—perfect for relaxing.
The apartment has 3 air conditioning units: one in the living room and one in each bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with all the essential utensils and cutlery to prepare whatever you need, as well as all necessary appliances.
There are two bedrooms: the first has a double bed, and the second has a bunk bed. All beds are provided with clean sheets for your comfort.
The bathroom includes all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries are also provided for your convenience.
Guests also have access to a gym and a swimming pool shared with the building’s residents. Please note that the pool is only open during the summer (July and August).
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for your stay. After the reservation is made, you will receive a contract to sign. Without signing the contract, the reservation will be cancelled without the right to a refund.

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the building's shared facilities, such as the pool and the gym.
The gym is open all year for your fitness needs. However, the pool is only available during the summer months.

Malasaña and Universidad are vibrant neighbourhoods in Madrid, Spain's heart. Known for their bohemian atmosphere, eclectic street art, and rich cultural scene, these areas attract diverse residents and visitors.
Malasaña is famous for its alternative shops, trendy boutiques, and lively nightlife, while Universidad, as the name suggests, is influenced by the nearby Complutense University. Together, they form a dynamic and youthful part of Madrid, blending historical charm and contemporary energy.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Gran Via, is just an 4-minute walk.
Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.
Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.
We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.
