This delightful 78m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the ground floor.

It is designed with vibrant and urban décor, providing a charming and colourful ambience.. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The open concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising while cooking. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals.

There are three lovely bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms include a double bed and multiple storage spaces and the master bedroom has its own bathroom. The third bedroom has a comfortable single bed.

A second shared bathroom with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Salamanca is one of Madrid's most beautiful and upscale neighbourhoods, known for its wide boulevards, designer boutiques, and refined architecture. Guests can enjoy strolling along the exclusive Calle Serrano for luxury shopping or exploring the area's art galleries and cafés. It also has beautiful green spaces like El Retiro Park, perfect for a quiet walk or a relaxing afternoon in the sun.

The neighbourhood offers excellent access to Madrid's top cultural attractions, including the Prado Museum and the National Archaeological Museum, both just a short distance away. With its beautiful atmosphere, vibrant dining scene, and excellent public transport connections, Salamanca is an ideal choice for travellers looking to experience the sophisticated side of Madrid.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Velázquez - María de Molina, is just a 3-minute walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
