The hotel staff is very polite and attentive. I experienced some housekeeping issues during the first few days, but they were promptly resolved. The spa closes a bit too early, and unfortunately there is limited availability with the massage therapists.

Great hotel. Excellent service, great beds. Spacious and beautiful rooms. The pool is magnificent, as well as the spa. Nice views from the bar terrace and great tapas served at the lobby bar. They had a complimentary luxury car service at the door, which we used everyday to go wherever it was we were going. We utilized the dry cleaning service and I have to say that I've never seen my suits so perfectly cleaned & ironed. Everything about the FS Madrid was perfect and we'll definitely be back.
