With close proximity to Retiro Park and the grand boulevards of Salamanca, this location puts you right in the middle of all the finer parts of Madrid. This charming urban retreat features three well-appointed bedrooms, each furnished with queen-size beds for a restful night's sleep. One of the bedrooms boasts a luxurious ensuite bathroom, adding a touch of convenience to your stay. The second bathroom is equipped with a relaxing bathtub, allowing you to unwind after a long day exploring the city.

The open plan living room and kitchen serve as the focal point of Fisciano, providing an inviting space to relax and socialize. With an entertainment system at your disposal, you can simply unwind after a day of adventure. Experience culinary delights in the fully furnished kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and amenities. The dining room features a large table where you can enjoy meals with your loved ones and a dedicated workstation for your convenience.

Fisciano offers split air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
