The staff was super kind and helpful. The toilet in our room was too small, the balcony was covered because of renovation works and the room was noisier and colder. But otherwise great price for a great location, you'll be in the middle of Madrid within walking distance of most things.

Helpful and nice staff. The hostel is right in the city centre and it was quite noisy until very late. It is not allowed to flush toilet paper in the toilet and our toilet had some problems that it took time to fix. Otherwise nice and clean rooms.

From the start of entering the hotel the attendant was amazing. She asked how is my visit and from where I’m visiting from. She even gave me recommendations and offered directions on the store I was attempting to visit but didn’t have much luck with gps. Such a welcoming and amazing experience. Now for the room the view was amazing and the bed was comfortable. Now for my favorite part I couldn’t fathom such an amazing view. I recommend this to anyone looking for a place to visit. You will be in the heart of Madrid.
