On Dec 14 We upgraded on the spot due to an early check in… this room was great. Spotless and staff was great! We stayed in the same hotel different room on Dec 20-23 and the room was clean but a bit outdated. We will come back again!

Apartments were very central, within short walking distance of Royal Palace and overlooked a lovely park area. Short distance from metro and plenty of shops, tapas and restaurants near by. Perfect spot

Perfect! Everything is 10-20 minutes walk away! Reasonable price, can leave luggage on arrival or check out and collect later on. Staff allowed early check-in for no fee! Staff 10/10 location 10/10 just Perfect.

After an all night flight we were thrilled that our room was ready earlier than expected. Our room was not remodeled as shown in the pictures but was extremely clean and comfortable. There was a big concert happening in the park across the street and we did not hear any of it! Amazing sound proof windows

The AC was very old equipment and the bottoms were broked. The carpet dirty and the furnished need an upgrade. They need to request guess over 21 a lot under age I feel like I was in Cancun instead os Madrid.

A classic European hotel. Rooms quiet and very clean. Rooms a bit small. Bed was a bit too soft. Some of the staff speak English, some were less helpful. Located centrally near many interesting sites, great restaurants and shopping. If you are not Spanish speaking it might be a little difficult to figure out where the parking is.
