We were given an unit on 1/F which was designed to cater for disability. The room was spacious but its condition was below my expectation especially for the bathroom as there is no separation at all and there is no countertop to put toiletries. Many hardwares were not securely fixed, main door was tilted, washing machine was old.

It’s a very nice apartment but if you stay in the basement apartment you get no sleep. The luggage storage is right outside the bedroom windows and you can hear people from the early am dragging their luggage and talking loudly. Would not stay again for the reason of the noise level.

Great location. Close to Subway. Lots restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Nice and clean room with good kitchen. Also very spacious. Staff are very nice too. But found that the shower head keeps falling off. Need to be very careful when you turn on the water. Everything else is great. Will come back again.

The hotel is new, location is good, front desk team is very nice and helpful. What completely ruined the impression - there is no air circulation in the washrooms, so, when I looked a bit closer to the showers - I saw A LOT of BLACK MOLD. Upon reaching out to the reception, they arranged cleaning, but - the condition of those showers was not “cleanable”, there are much more serious measures necessary to remove all the mold and prevent it from building up.

Our family of four loved our stay at Eric Vökel Apartments in Madrid. The property is located in a great area, less than a 20 minute walk to Plaza Mayor and other key attractions. There are plenty of dining options very nearby, from quick grabs for breakfast, to sit-down or take-out dining. Public transportation and taxis are easily accessible. The apartment itself was terrific. We could control our A/C (we traveled in the summer), had a working TV and internet, and ran the washing machine a number of times. The attendant downstairs - Nan - was welcoming and very helpful. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

Great stay in Madrid!

The location is excellent! Safe and easy to walk everywhere, including to La Gran Via. Many restaurants, cafes and grocery stores around. Metro station is very close too. Great apartment for a family!

This apartment hotel has it all , best location, clean rooms and a communicative staff who go out of their way to help you . We came to this hotel with three adults and two children . The two bedroom apartment we rented was absolutely fantastic . It had all of the necessities including a full kitchen with utensils, a washing machine and a European full size refrigerator . We enjoyed looking out from the balcony which was located in the best spot for people watching . I would definitely recommend this hotel if you find yourself in Madrid !

Close to several tourist attractions and walkable to tour starting locations. Good spacious apartment, only downside is poor sound insulation - can hear all noises from neighbors. In one freak incident, neighbor casted video from his phone to the TV in our room in the middle of the night with volume blaring startling us awake.
