Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Do NOT be fooled by the A/C listed in the amenities, it is completely useless to you as a guest. The apartment uses a centralized system controlled entirely by building management, meaning you have zero ability to adjust it yourself. When we arrived, the temperature inside was a sweltering 28°C (84°F) with the HEATING on. In the middle of summer. We had no way to turn on the A/C, no way to cool the space down, and when I complained, the host offered absolutely no solution whatsoever. This is false advertising, plain and simple. Listing A/C as an amenity when guests have no access to it is misleading and unacceptable. If you're sensitive to heat or traveling in warm weather, stay away, this place is an oven.

Me encantó el apartamento, solo fue un poco liada al llegar de noche que le metía el código en un teclado del portal y era el otro (ojo), pero vamos, la habitación super bien y la ubicación cerca de Plaza de Castilla genial. Volveré.
