Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.
Derj highlights the modernity of Madrid with this stunningly contemporary 125-square-meter home. Whether it’s outside in the famed Almagro neighborhood or inside this two-bedroom, two-bath home, guests are sure to be impressed.
Past the front door, the first turn to the right reveals Derj’s kitchen. The galley-style kitchen contains state-of-the-art appliances and all the necessary cooking utensils. At the end of the space is a small interior balcony.
The next door to the right leads to the first bedroom. The space feels cozy with the double bed nestled to one side of the room behind an architectonic archway and storage on the other side.
After the bedroom, the following door leads to a detached bathroom. The walk-in shower and basin sink make the space feel spa-like.
The next door leads to Derj’s ensuite bedroom. Before the room opens up to the bedroom, guests will find a walk-in wardrobe area and the full bathroom, complete with an all-glass shower, to the right. The bedroom itself feels surreal with the queen-sized bed sitting centerfold under a translucent, cloth canopy.
At the end of the hall is the open-concept living and dining room. Nearest to the entrance a four-person dining set sits under lantern lighting. The theme of the living area is “shape” with repeated architectonic arches for the entertainment system and painted forms on the walls. The corner of the room offers a dedicated workstation with glass doors leading to the balcony next to it.
All bedding and linens provided.
