Dear Hotel was a perfect boutique hotel located in the heart of Madrid. There are many restaurants and stores nearby and it’s close to the metro. The hotel has a very small pool but it was a perfect way to cool off after a day of exploring. The view from the rooftop was spectacular! The staff were very friendly and gave us recommendations of things to do. Gianmarco was truly the best! He always welcomed us with a smile. Our stay was nothing short of amazing.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. However, the pool was small and not clean. And whoever heard of pushing two single beds together in lieu of a king sized bed?

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar had excellent views and places to lounge. The morning buffet was yummy and the larger balcony’s available on the upper floors are a great way to relax in a lounge chair. The small pool was an excellent way to dip in and cool off and had additional beautiful views
