Property is in a great location. Staff was great, we checked in late at night. Misleading about amenities like coffee and snacks (all in vending machines, not free.) No staff at the bar by the pool from 12:00-14:00 while we were visiting. We were placed in a room on the first floor and it was extremely noisy & bright being so close to the street.

Exceptional hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was first class. Literally a few steps from metro entrance. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Rooftop bar was added bonus.

Nice hotel in a great location however sadly the room was disappointing for the price we paid. The room on the 1st floor was loud at night with metro and street traffic. The curtains were not very good with the room letting in the street light outside the window. Finally the air conditioning would work for 2 hours then switch off so was warm overnight
