Rooms were better than expected having read previous review for this place. Aircon was working perfectly and much needed with it being 35 degrees outside. Staff were polite and helpful. Hostel was in walking distance to so many attractions and nice restaurants nearby and the bakery next door did delicious coffee! Would definitely stay here again. Free lockers to leave your luggage in on departure day also helped as we had a 9pm flight!

The location is the hotel’s biggest strength. It’s in a very safe area, within walking distance of Madrid’s main attractions, with convenience stores nearby and friendly staff. However, the uncomfortable double bed, poor-quality pillows, air conditioning blowing directly onto the bed, and the noticeable dust and wear in the room significantly affected the overall experience. It’s a good option if location is your priority, but don’t expect a great night’s sleep or a freshly renovated room.

Good location and generally easy to get to by metro, which has an exit less than 3 mins walk away. Easy access to the city centre and tourist attractions. Room is a bit small, but clean and comfortable. Great restaurants in the neighborhood. Highly recommended.

I had an exceptional experience at ByPillow Hotel. From the very beginning, everything went smoothly, thanks to the helpful, informative, professional, and polite staff. One staff member who stood out was Javier at the front desk. He consistently went above and beyond, greeting us with a smile every morning and approaching us in a professional manner. He made us feel like we truly belonged there. Javier even exceeded our expectations by finding us an excellent hairdresser and making an appointment for us.

The rooms and facility was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Location is great—many shops and restaurants nearby. We were on the ground floor, so you could hear street noise as well as noise from the lobby. The hotel hadn’t switched to air conditioning yet, so no AC in the room and no fan—made the room stuffy. But on the whole, this was a good stay.
