The property is close to the main street Bravo Murillo and strategically located next to the Alvarado metro (line 1 - Blue).
This line has direct access to four routes - Malasaña area (Tribunal, Bilbao) - Madrid City Centre (Gran Vía - Puerta del Sol - Tirso de Molina) and Atocha - Renfe. Total journey time in less than 15-20 minutes.
There are four routes with connections to metro lines 2 (red) and 6 (grey). And a city bus station on the surface that allows us to reach any area of Madrid.
